What BitFX is
BitFX Perps is a website that lets you trade on Hyperliquid with your own wallet. Orders are signed in your browser and sent directly to Hyperliquid. BitFX does not hold your funds, does not hold any key that can withdraw them, and does not execute, match or settle trades.
Eligibility
[To be completed by the owner and legal counsel: who may use the site, restricted jurisdictions, and how access is restricted.] Hyperliquid has its own terms, which also apply to you.
Your wallet and keys
You are responsible for your wallet, its seed phrase and the device you trade from. The trading key created in your browser can place and cancel orders but cannot withdraw. You can revoke it at any time in Settings.
Fees
Each order pays only Hyperliquid's own fee. BitFX currently charges no fee. If that changes, you will be asked to approve the new fee in your wallet before your next trade, and you can set it to 0% at any time.
No advice
Nothing on the site is investment, legal or tax advice.
Availability
The site may be unavailable or change at any time. Because trading happens on Hyperliquid, your positions and balances remain accessible through Hyperliquid even if this site is down.
