Fees
Every order pays Hyperliquid’s exchange fee. BitFX adds its own fee on top through Hyperliquid’s builder codes. Both are taken by Hyperliquid when your order fills; nothing else is ever charged.

Example: A $10,000 market order pays Hyperliquid $4.50 and BitFX $0.00: $4.50 in total.
What you approve
BitFX fee: 0%. BitFX currently charges no fee; you pay only Hyperliquid’s own fee. If BitFX introduces a fee later, you will be asked to approve it in your wallet before your next trade.
Other costs
- Adding funds: Arbitrum gas only (paid by your wallet).
- Moving back: Hyperliquid charges a flat 1 USDC, no gas.
- Funding: paid or received every hour between longs and shorts, set by Hyperliquid.
- High-volume traders get lower Hyperliquid fees under Hyperliquid’s own volume tiers. The BitFX fee does not change.
